The front looks South East (138°). So this is a south east facing plot.
The sun comes over the front on an east-facing plot and over the back on a west-facing one — which decides where the shade falls and which rooms stay cool.

The qibla lies at 261° (roughly west, a little south), which is 33° off this plot's walls.
The qibla cuts across the plot at close to a diagonal, so a prayer mat will not line up with any wall. Worth keeping in mind when the rooms are laid out.
