The front looks South East (128°). So this is a south east facing plot.
The sun comes over the front on an east-facing plot and over the back on a west-facing one — which decides where the shade falls and which rooms stay cool.
Qibla from this plot
The qibla lies at 261° (roughly west, a little south), which is 43° off this plot's walls.
The qibla cuts across the plot at close to a diagonal, so a prayer mat will not line up with any wall. Worth keeping in mind when the rooms are laid out.
The same direction matters for the washrooms. A Muslim does not sit facing the qibla or with the back to it, so the WC should be set across the qibla line rather than along it. Tell your architect the qibla bearing before the plan is drawn, not after the walls are up.
