How it works
Phase, block, plot number. We match it against DHA's own map record first — if it is not in that record, we do not take it.
Every day we look at what plots like yours are being asked for near it, and keep that day's figure.
A small daily wobble is not news. When the asking price really moves, we write to you — if you left an address.
One thing we will not do
These figures are what is being ASKED near your plot, not what is being paid. We have no record of sold prices in DHA — nobody publishes them — and we would rather say so than invent one. A real deal usually closes about 5–10% below the asking band, which is the second figure on every card.
