PlotPedia does not run a panel of agents, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Every plot on this site was walked and recorded by one person, and that is the same person you get on the phone.
Who you are dealing with
- • One office, in Lahore, working DHA Lahore only.
- • The street boards, the plot numbers, the shops, the empty plots — all of it recorded on foot, not copied from a map.
- • When our record and DHA's map disagree, we say so on the page instead of hiding it.
What we do
- • Buying — we tell you what is wrong with the plot before you see it, not after.
- • Selling — your plot listed with its real facts, its real photos and its real location.
- • Renting — houses and shops in the blocks we have surveyed.
- • Checking a file — bring us the papers before you pay anybody.
What we will not do
- • We will not quote you a rate we cannot back with a real demand.
- • We will not publish the photo or the location of a house somebody lives in.
- • We will not tell you a file is safe when we have not seen it.
