Main Boulevard is the spine of DHA Phase 1 — it begins at the Phase 1 entrance and every block hangs off it. Plots that open on to it are a category of their own: the easiest to reach in all of DHA, and the ones that live closest to its traffic. Both halves of that truth are below.
The road itself
- • DHA has built 3 underpasses and 2 bridges on Main Boulevard. They solved a great deal — but traffic still jams at times, and when it does, the people living on this road feel it first.
- • There is no service road. A Boulevard plot opens straight on to the main carriageway.

Living on the Boulevard — the honest trade-off
