Green area — not for sale✓ Seen on our own surveyThis is the green area, not a plot that can be bought or sold. DHA's own map and every private map show plot 25 as the green area. That is wrong: on the ground the green area is plot 24, and plot 25 is a residential plot with a house standing on it. We walked it and confirmed it twice.

The cut corner is DHA's own splay, on every corner plot. It shortens the front as measured, but the land stays with the owner and no dealer prices it down.
Which way it faces
The front looks West (272°). So this is a west facing plot.
The sun comes over the front on an east-facing plot and over the back on a west-facing one — which decides where the shade falls and which rooms stay cool.
Qibla from this plot
The qibla lies at 261° (roughly west, a little south), which is 11° off this plot's walls.
The qibla sits a little across the plot. A mat will lie slightly at an angle to the wall.
The same direction matters for the washrooms. A Muslim does not sit facing the qibla or with the back to it, so the WC should be set across the qibla line rather than along it. Tell your architect the qibla bearing before the plan is drawn, not after the walls are up.
