What we know, and what we do not
ICON Mall & Towers sits at plot MB-46 on Phase 6's Main Boulevard, and it is the second of the two mixed-use towers currently going up on that road — the other is at MB-1, sold as The VUE. Dealers report Tower 1 as sold out and Tower 2 as pre-launch.
Beyond that we are being deliberately thin. We could not confirm the floor count, the covered area, the developer's name or a payment plan from any source we would stand behind, and DHA's own project list does not carry this project at all. We would rather leave those lines blank than fill them with dealer copy.
The Main Boulevard, for context
Phase 6's Main Boulevard is 150 feet wide and runs from the Ring Road to Burki Road — the widest road inside DHA Lahore. DHA's own head office is on it, Dolmen Mall opened beside it, and MB-facing commercial plots carry a premium over the plots behind them. That is the address these two towers are buying into.
