How we checked
Rather than rely on a property page, we pulled the live store list that sits behind Pizza Hut Pakistan's own branch locator. It returns twenty stores for the whole country. None is in DHA Phase 5 or Sector G. Google Maps, centred exactly on the Sector G commercial strip, returns the same answer, and the delivery apps carry only the Phase 4 and Phase 6 branches.
One social media post did claim a Pizza Hut in Phase 5 — it turned out to be a food blogger's own caption on a personal review, not a location tag and not an announcement. The likeliest explanation is that the branch visited was the one inside Goldcrest Mall, which is in Phase 4.
Also worth knowing: Pizza Hut Pakistan changed hands in October 2024 and is now run by a single franchise holder, opening company-owned stores rather than sub-franchises. Its published 2026 expansion plan names Lake City, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad and Multan — DHA Phase 5 is not on it.
Where it stands
The paper is done; the building is what we are still watching. We found no construction, no marketing name, no payment plan and no news coverage, so it sits in the "signed on paper" part of this hub. The day we see it standing — or DHA's own project list says so — the card moves up.
A signed project is a reason to watch the sector, not a reason to pay more for a plot beside it today.
