Learning Alliance International campus, Phase 8

The school's own admissions page states it plainly: from the 2026 to 2027 academic year, all primary-years students study at the new purpose-built IB campus, with the middle years, diploma and career-related students following the year after. The school announced the welcome to the new Phase 8 campus for the August 2026 session, and the contractor lists the campus among its completed works.

Meanwhile DHA's own joint-venture page still carries the school's chief executive saying they look forward to inaugurating the purpose-built campus in August 2026. Both statements are honest; one is simply older than the other. This is exactly why we treat the ground, not the paperwork, as the answer to "is it open".

The joint-venture record places this project in CCA-2. The school's own published address, however, reads plot 217, CC-1. Those are not the same place — in DHA's mapping data CCA-1 and CCA-2 sit about a kilometre apart, CCA-1 beside T Block and CCA-2 beside W Block.

DHA's own land record holds two education plots of about forty kanal each — one in CCA-1 numbered 217 and already classified as a college, and one in CCA-2 numbered 236 still marked as reserved area. Everything points to CCA-1, plot 217. We have written it as "the Central Commercial Area" until someone stands in front of the building and settles it.

Why it matters: about five thousand residential plots sit within a kilometre of the CCA-1 site, most of them in T Block, while about seven thousand sit within a kilometre of the CCA-2 site, mostly in X, W and V. Which plot the school is on changes which blocks benefit.

Learning Alliance International is a co-educational IB World School authorised for all four International Baccalaureate programmes — the primary years, the middle years, the diploma and the career-related programme. Its IB journey began in 2012. It also runs an older flagship campus in J Block, Phase 8, and campuses in Gulberg and Faisalabad. This is its first joint project with DHA.

The new campus is built around science laboratories for biology, physics and chemistry, a food and nutrition lab, a STEM lab, visual arts rooms, an amphitheatre, an auditorium, a multipurpose gymnasium, swimming pools, football and multipurpose fields, a basketball court, a student wellbeing department, a school doctor's clinic and a cashless cafeteria.
