The deal that is actually documented
The joint-venture record lists a Wasabi restaurant agreement for Sector G in Phase 5. We looked hard for that outlet and could not find it — Wasabi's only DHA restaurant is still in Phase 3, on Y Block.
What we did find is on the company's own website: a project called The Creek, described as a collaboration between Wasabi & Co and DHA Lahore, on about five acres in Phase VI, with multiple restaurants, a theme park and leisure activities. That is a far bigger thing than a single restaurant — and it is in a different phase from the one on the record.
We are not saying the Phase 5 entry is wrong. We are saying that the only DHA–Wasabi venture we could actually document is this one, it is in Phase 6, and anyone matching these two records should know they may not be the same thing.
