What Is Your DHA Lahore Plot Roughly Worth?
Your plot, and what is being asked around it
Give us the phase, the block and the plot number. We read the size off DHA's own map record, then gather every live sale listing of that size within about a kilometre and show you what they work out to. Every listing we used is named below the answer, so you can check our working.
How this is worked out
- Your plot is found in DHA's record— its size, whether it is a corner, how many sides are open. A dealer's claim never overrides the record.
- Nearby listings are gathered— live sale listings of a similar size, measured as real distance from your plot's own position on the map, not by block boundaries. We start inside 1 km; if there is not enough there we widen to 2.5 km, then to the whole phase, and we always tell you which one we ended up using.
- Silly prices are thrown out — a price counts only when it works out to a sane per-marla rate for its own size (2 to 150 lakh per marla), the same filter the market report uses.
- Listings far out of line are set aside — one badly typed price can drag the whole band. We take the middle rate first, then leave out anything whose per-marla rate is nowhere near it, and we tell you how many we left out.
- The middle half becomes the band — we drop the cheapest quarter and the dearest quarter and show what is left. That is the demand band.
- Ten per cent comes off — because an asking price is not a settled price. That gives the second band: what the plot is likely to actually sell for.
What this tool cannot do yet. It has never seen a sold price, because nobody publishes them here. The 10% cut is our own field experience, not a measurement. The day we have enough real closed deals on record, this page will stop estimating from asking prices and start reporting from actual ones — and it will say so on the day it changes.
Common questions
What is my DHA Lahore plot worth?
Put your phase, block and plot number into the tool on this page. We find the live sale listings of the same size within about a kilometre of your plot, work out what they come to per marla, and give you the middle half of that spread as a band. We never give a single figure, because a plot does not have one price.
Are these sold prices or asking prices?
Asking prices. Nobody in Lahore publishes what a plot actually changed hands for, and we will not pretend otherwise. This is a demand-price tool: take about 10% off for the likely settled price, which is exactly what the second band on this page does for you.
Why a band and not one number?
Because two identical-size plots in the same block sell for different money — the road, the depth from the road, the corner, how badly the seller needs the cash. A single figure would look precise and be wrong. The band shows you the floor to hold and the ceiling to hope for.
Where does the size come from?
From DHA's own map record, not from a dealer's claim. If a dealer's size clashes with the record, the record wins — that is the rule across this whole site. Where the record carries no size for a plot, the tool asks you to pick one instead of guessing.
Is a corner plot worth more?
Usually yes. When there are at least four corner listings near your plot, the band is built only from those, so the corner is already priced in. When there are not, the tool says so plainly and leaves the premium out rather than inventing a percentage.
Every figure on this page comes from a live listing with its own dealer behind it — open the listings named above and put your question to them directly.
Every phase and every size has its own price page
About this data:figures come from live dealer asking demands (DHA Lahore dealer groups and public portals), imported and refreshed daily. A price is counted only when it works out to a sane per-marla rate for its own size (2–150 lakh/marla). Plot numbers are matched against DHA's official map record — where a dealer's claim clashes with the record, the record wins. These are asking prices, not closed transactions.
