The honest status
DHA Phase 10 exists as land only. DHA has not held balloting and has not announced any plot map. There are no plot numbers, no files with plot identities, and nothing that can honestly be sold as a "DHA Phase 10 plot" today.
Where this phase is
Phase 10 is the next expansion beyond Phase 9 Prism, and it lies between two drains. Its northern edge is the Gajju Matta drain, which runs from Gajju Matta on Ferozepur Road towards Bedian Road — Phase 9 Prism is on the other side of this drain. Its southern edge is the Sue Asal drain, which runs from Ferozepur Road at Sue Asal towards Bedian Road and Barki Road. On the west it runs along Ferozepur Road from Gajju Matta to Sue Asal, behind Central Park Housing Scheme, Bahria Nasheman and Grand Avenue; on the east it reaches Bedian Road and the BRB canal, and goes up to Barki Road. These boundaries come from our own ground survey — DHA has not yet published the official map. Balloting was announced in 2024 with a further round in early 2026. It is at the file-trading and early infrastructure stage and is promoted as the largest future phase. Nothing stands on the ground yet — so anything bought here is a file, and a file is a different risk from a plot.
Anyone offering a "DHA Phase 10 plot number" today is selling something that does not exist in any official record. Verify everything through DHA or through us before paying a single rupee.
