DHA Phase 13 exists as land only. DHA has not held balloting and has not announced any plot map. There are no plot numbers, no files with plot identities, and nothing that can honestly be sold as a "DHA Phase 13 plot" today.
Where this phase is
Phase 13 is the rebranded DHA City Lahore project. It was first booked in 2007 as a joint venture between DHA EME and Globaco; that venture failed and went to court. After judgment DHA assumed full control, completed the data updates the Supreme Court ordered, and re-issued roughly 11,500 allocation files as fresh Phase 13 allocation letters. As of 2026 ground development had not started, with the location reported off the Thokar Niaz Baig to M-2 corridor pending a formal boundary announcement. Anyone buying here should understand they are buying paper, not land.
