Phase 9 Prism DHA Lahore
About this phase
Phase 9 Prism is DHA's flagship expansion — roughly 40,000 kanals between Ferozepur Road and Bedian Road, about ten minutes from the airport. It was balloted on 15 May 2015 and development began in February 2016. Its blocks run A to R, and possession has been opening sector by sector: A, C, D, E, F, G, Q and R are open, with J, L and M announced in May 2026. This is DHA's principal investment and construction zone for the coming decade — which also means the ground changes fast, and what was true last year may not be true now.
