EME (Phase 12) DHA Lahore
About this phase
Phase 12 is the 737-acre former EME Co-operative Housing Society on Multan Road, about four kilometres from Thokar Niaz Baig along the Lahore Branch canal. DHA took it over and regularised it. It has nine lettered blocks, A to J. It is a developed, well-inhabited gated community and it is DHA's outpost in south-west Lahore — which is why it trades on its own logic rather than following the Bedian-side phases.
