D Block Phase 1 DHA Lahore
About this block
D Block is one of the bigger blocks of Phase 1, with sixteen streets. It has its own Jamia Masjid beside the sector shops, a main park and a second park on Street 12, and its own row of sector shops. Two things set this block apart, and both matter to a buyer: it has two galas — narrow lanes by which the neighbouring local colonies open straight into the block — and part of its outer edge is DHA's boundary wall, with the settlement of Nishat Colony directly behind it. We have walked and photographed both galas ourselves.

Facing, and within a five-minute walk
✓ Verified by our physical surveyCounted across all 342 plots of this block, from the places our own survey pinned. "Facing" means it stands across the street from the plot and you can see it. "Within a walk" means about 180 metres — five minutes on foot.
A park or the masjid in front lifts the rate. A water tank or commercial in front pulls it down.

Whatever lies on the other side is not DHA and DHA does not control it. Go and see the far side before you decide — it shows in the rate.
