Save a Search, Get Alerted

It is your filters, kept. Not the plots you saw today — the question you asked. The site asks that same question again every day on your behalf, and tells you what the answer picked up since.

1. You search as you always do: phase, size, price, corner, on instalments — whatever matters to you.
2. You press the bell once. The filters are saved, not the list of results.
3. Tomorrow, next week, next month — the same filters run again against everything new that has reached us.
4. Whenever you open Saved searches, the page tells you exactly what arrived since the last time you looked.

In a normal market a buyer has weeks. In DHA a genuinely good plot — right size, right block, clean papers, fair price — is spoken for the same day it is offered.

1. Most good plots never get “advertised” at all. They move between dealers on WhatsApp in the morning.
2. By the time a plot is sitting on a website for a week, there is usually a reason it is still there.
3. So the buyer who wins is not the one who searched hardest — it is the one who heard first.
4. A saved search is simply a way of hearing first without having to open the site five times a day.

There is one button and it sits right next to the result count, where you cannot miss it: Alert me for this search.

1. Open Properties and set your filters. Watch the count change until it is showing the kind of properties you actually want.
2. Press Alert me for this search. It turns gold and reads Alert is on.
3. A small panel opens underneath confirming it is saved, with a box for your email if you want one.
4. Press the button again any time to open that panel — you can turn the alert off from there.

Everything that changes the answer is saved. Everything that only changes how you are looking at it is thrown away.

1. Kept: for sale or for rent · type (plot, file, house, commercial) · phase · block · size range · price ceiling · price per marla · bedrooms · corner, park-facing, main-road, possession, balloted, level, pair, on instalments · agency or direct owner · your typed words.
2. Thrown away: which page you were on · list-only or list-with-map · the sort order.
3. Two searches that ask the same thing in a different order count as one — you cannot save the same search twice by accident.
4. The name you see on the saved search is written from the filters themselves, for example 1 Kanal · Phase 6 · Corner · up to 3 Crore · For sale.

You do not have to make an account to save a search. But there is a real difference between the two, and it is worth knowing which one you are in.

Every search you save is on one page: /alerts. You can reach it from the My searches button on Properties, or from the Tools page.

1. Each saved search is one card, newest at the top.
2. The card shows the search in plain words, the day you saved it, and the day you last looked at it.
3. A card with something new for you is outlined in gold. A quiet card is grey.
4. Nothing on this page is shown to anybody else — it is not public, and search engines are told to stay out.

On every card there is one number, and it is the only number on the page worth reading: how many matching properties arrived after the last time you looked at that search.

1. It is not “how many match” — that number you can see on Properties any time.
2. It is “how many are new to you”. The moment you press See the N new, the clock is reset to today and the badge goes quiet again.
3. The count is worked out the second you open the page — nothing is pre-cooked, nothing is a day old.
4. The count is by day. A property that first appeared on the site today counts as new today.

When something new has arrived, the card does not just say a number — it shows you three of them right there, with price, size, phase, block and the date they reached us.

1. They are the three newest matches, so you get the flavour before you click anything.
2. Each one opens the full property, with the agent, the phone number and the original WhatsApp message where there is one.
3. Press See the N new to open the whole list back on Properties, with your filters already set.
4. Every property carries its own last-updated date and time — a rule that applies everywhere on this site.

Three small controls under each card, and each one does exactly what it says.

1. Pause alerts — the search stays saved but we stop counting new arrivals for it. Useful when you have bought something and want to keep the search for later. Press again to resume.
2. Email me these — type an address once and it is attached to that search alone, not to your whole account. Different searches can go to different addresses.
3. Remove — gone for good, straight away. There is no undo, but re-saving takes one press.
4. Everything here is yours alone. We do not pass your email or your searches to any agent.

A saved search is only as good as the stream it watches. Ours has three mouths, and they fill up every single day.

1. Our own inventory — what our team and our registered agents list directly.
2. WhatsApp — the dealer groups where DHA actually trades. Messages are read, understood and turned into listings automatically, and the original message is kept with the property.
3. The open market — public listings, matched against our own records before they are shown.
4. Every one of these carries the date and time it reached us, which is exactly what the “new” count is built on.

This is the rule that makes a size filter worth saving at all, and it is worth understanding because most sites do not do it.

1. When a plot number is given, we match it against DHA’s own map record first.
2. If the dealer says “1 Kanal” and the DHA record says 23 Marla, the site shows 23 Marla — DHA’s record is final.
3. Your saved search is filtered on the DHA figure, not on what somebody typed into an advertisement.
4. So a saved search for “1 Kanal” will not fill up with plots that are not actually 1 Kanal.

The way that works right now, for everybody, with nothing to set up: the page itself tells you.

1. Open Saved searches whenever you like. Each card that has something new is outlined in gold with the count on it.
2. It is always correct, because it is worked out at the moment you open the page.
3. Nothing to install, no permission to grant, and it works the same on a phone and on a laptop.
4. The My searches button on Properties carries the number of searches you have saved, so the page is one press away.

Leave your email address under a saved search and you do not have to open the site at all — we write to you on the mornings when something matching has arrived.

1. Type your address once, under any saved search. It belongs to that one search, not to your whole account.
2. A letter goes out only when something new actually arrived. Nothing new, no letter — you will never get a mail that says "nothing today".
3. At most one letter a day per search, and it carries up to three of the new properties with price, size, block and the date they reached us.
4. Every letter has a Stop these emails link at the bottom. One press and that search goes quiet — the search itself stays saved, so you can switch it back on whenever you like.

Both are saving, both are yours, but they are opposite in nature — one is a question, the other is an answer.

That one is the other way round. There, you write what you want and agents come to you. Here, nobody comes — the site watches quietly.

1. Post your requirement: your requirement is shown to agents, and they telephone you. Three questions, and then your phone rings.
2. Saved search: nothing is shown to anybody. No agent sees it, nobody calls you.
3. Pick the requirement if you want to be found. Pick the saved search if you want to look without being called.
4. You can of course do both — they do not interfere with each other.

Three doors lead to the same page, so you do not have to remember an address.
