Read the deals
- Choose a tab: "Off-market" or "Joint investment".
- Off-market = property sold quietly, not listed openly.
- Look at the "Interest score". It comes from views, saves and replies. Higher means more people are interested.
- Owners' phone numbers are never shown.
Join a joint investment
- Open the "Joint investment" tab.
- Each deal shows how many partners are needed and how many have joined.
- Log in and tap "I'm interested".
- Ask your questions in the replies, in public.
Post a deal
- Reach Member level first (10+ points and 3+ days).
- Tap "Post a deal".
- Choose off-market or joint investment, then phase and block from the DHA record list.
- For joint investment, give the number of partners needed.
Questions
Why can't I see the owner's number?
To protect owners' privacy and stop spam, numbers are never shown. Use "I'm interested" or reply to the post.
Does the forum check these deals?
No. Deals are posted by members. Always check the plot against the DHA record before you pay anything.
Why is the "Post a deal" button missing?
You are still a New member. You need 10+ points and an account at least 3 days old.
