Who can use it: Anyone can read without logging in. To start a thread or ask a question you must log in with Google or Facebook.

Find something to read

  1. Type a word in the "Search the forum" box and press Enter. The Search page opens with the results.
  2. Tap a topic chip (for example Buying or Construction) to open that topic's page.
  3. Read the pinned notice at the top. It carries important news from the team.
  4. Look at "Trending now" for the top 3 threads people are reading right now.
  5. Use the tabs "Hot", "New", "Top" or "Unanswered" to sort the thread list.
  6. Tap any thread title to open it. Every thread shows its day, date and time, for example "Mon 6 Oct 2026, 10:42 am".
The "Advertise here" box in the list is the forum's ad space. Businesses that want to advertise can tap it.

Start a thread or ask a question

  1. Log in first (see the Join page) if you have not already.
  2. Tap "Start a thread" to open the New post page for a discussion.
  3. Tap "Ask a question" if you want answers to a question. It also opens the New post page.
  4. Fill in the form and post. The New post help page explains every field.

Stay connected

  1. In the "Weekly digest" box, type your email and tap "Subscribe". Your choice is saved now; the emails will start when the site's email service is switched on (coming soon).
  2. Tap "Join the live community" to join our live group outside the forum.
  3. Tap "Install the app" to see how to put the forum on your phone's home screen (Get the app page).
  4. Use the links to Phases, Groups, Bazaar, Events and Help to reach those parts of the forum.
PlotPedia: On PlotPedia, "Join the live community" opens the PlotPedia Facebook page.
MiroEstate: On MiroEstate, "Join the live community" opens WhatsApp with the Miro office: 0322 4992992 / 0334 7992992.

Questions

Do I need an account just to read?
No. Reading is free. You only need to log in to write, vote, save or follow.
What is the difference between "Hot" and "Top"?
"Hot" shows threads that are busy right now. "Top" shows threads with the most votes. "New" shows the newest first, and "Unanswered" shows threads with no reply yet.
I subscribed to the weekly digest but got no email. Why?
Sending has not started yet. Your choice is saved, and emails will begin when the site's email service is switched on (coming soon).
