- No photos of occupied houses. Only empty plots, commercial property, or property for sale or rent.
- Professionals follow the code of ethics.
Special sections
- "pros-lounge": only verified professionals can post here.
- "buyers-only": professionals can read but cannot start threads.
What happens when a rule is broken
- Tap "Report" under any post that breaks a rule.
- A post reported 3 times is hidden until a moderator checks it.
- Phone numbers typed in a post, and links from new members, are held by the bot for review.
- Every moderator action is listed on the public Mod log page.
At the bottom of the Rules page you will find the legal disclaimer and the number of staff and volunteer moderators.
Questions
I am an agent. Where can I tell people about my business?
Only in the monthly "Introduce your business" thread. Ads inside discussions are removed.
Why was my post with my phone number held?
The bot holds every post with a phone number, to stop spam and protect privacy. A moderator reviews it.
Can I post a photo of a house in my street?
Not if people live in it, unless it is for sale or rent. Empty plots and commercial property are fine.
