Who can use it: Anyone can read. Logged-in members can start threads. Two special sections have their own rules: "pros-lounge" (only verified pros can post) and "buyers-only" (pros can read but cannot start threads).
Browse a topic
- Open a topic from the topic chips on the Forum home.
- Read the pinned weekly mega-thread at the top, for example "Weekly: ask anything about buying". Small questions go there.
- Sort the list with the tabs "Hot", "New", "Top" or "Unanswered".
- Tap a flair chip to see only that kind of thread: "Question", "Advice", "Got the plot!", "Data", "News" or "Rant".
- Tap a thread title to open the Thread page.
Start a thread in this topic
- Log in if you have not already (Join page).
- Tap "Start a thread in this topic".
- The New post page opens with this topic already chosen. Fill in the rest and post.
The two special sections
- "pros-lounge" is for professionals. Anyone can read it, but only verified pros can post. To become one, use the Get verified page.
- "buyers-only" is a safe place for buyers. Pros can read it but cannot start threads there.

Which topic should I choose for my thread?
Choose the one closest to your main question. If nothing fits, use General.
What is a flair?
A small label on a thread that tells its type, such as "Question" or "Got the plot!". You pick it on the New post page.
Why can't I post in pros-lounge?
Only verified professionals can post there. Apply on the Get verified page.
