Use a calculator
- Open Tools in PlotPedia Community.
- Pick a calculator, for example transfer fee, construction cost or rent vs buy.
- It opens the site's real calculator page.
- Fill in your numbers and read the result.
Forms & templates
- Scroll to "Forms & templates".
- Each item is a file shared by a member (PDF or image).
- Open it to read or download it.
- Check any legal form with a lawyer before you use it.
Share your own template
- Log in, then tap "Share a template".
- Give it a clear title and a short description.
- Attach the file (PDF or image, up to 5 MB).
- Remove any names, CNIC or phone numbers from the file first.
- Tap "Post". It appears in the list.
Attaching files needs Member level.

Yes, member-shared templates are free to download.
Why can't I attach a file?
Files unlock at Member level (10+ points and 3+ days). See the Levels page.
